The clutter, the increase of advertised offerings, the pop-open tabs, the much whiter look. Those are the ones I immediately notice. The amazing thing to me is that the changes Amazon made recently made it easier on the eyes and easier for me to navigate, but similar changes on Woot's site made it more cluttered and much less appealing to visit. (Although the multi-site navigation is an improvement with the tabs.)
